1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yetlix Travel services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

2. Series Booking Policy

• All fares are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Seats and fares are not guaranteed until PNR generation.
• Offline bookings may take up to 20 minutes for confirmation.
• Bookings are 100% non-refundable / non-changeable.
• Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 3 working days.
• Baggage allowance: Check-in 15kg / Cabin 7kg.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund depend on the respective airline, hotel, or transport provider policy. Yetlix assists you in processing these requests but final discretion lies with the supplier.

4. Amendments

Amendments may be possible with applicable charges. Fare differences, if any, must be paid at the time of rebooking.

5. Payment & Fees

• Payments must be made in full before confirmation.
• All credit card payments may attract additional gateway charges.
• Refunds will be processed in the same mode within 10 working days.

6. Visa & Documentation

Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the concerned embassy or immigration authorities. Yetlix will not be responsible for delays or rejections.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials on Yetlix are owned by Yetlix Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Yetlix acts as a technology platform connecting users to travel suppliers. We are not liable for losses, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, or agents.

9. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
